Application:

Sodium Tripolyphosphate mainly used as quality improver for canned foos,milk products,juice drinks,etc. in food industry.it can stabilize natural pigment,protect color of food..it also used as moisture retaining agent and tenderizer for meat products,such as ham sausage and luncheon meat.

It also used for beer production to make beer clear and prevent it from being muddy.

Sodium Tripolyphosphate has the effect of chelate ,suspension ,dispersal and emulsification,so it used as chemical additives to produce detergent,industrial water softener,dyeing additives and medical dispersant.
