Sodium Trimetaphosphate mainly used as modifier of modified starch, moisture retaining agent for meat product processing ,stabilizer and dispersant for ice cream and cheese, which protect food from discoloring and decomposing of vitamic C； Also used as raw material of vitamin C phosphate.

It can be used as water treatment softener.

It also can be used for plasterboard’s production in building material industry.
